The strategic
committee for online banks represents the major actors in this market who have
decided to mutualise their knowledge in order to exchange on good practices and
to better understand specifics.
In 2014 the
attention of members of the committee was focused on the relationships they maintain
with supervisory bodies, on the fight against fraud, and on the protection of
client information.
The meeting
at the end of 2014, at the initiative of a common AMF/ACPR centre, on distance
marketing led to more regular exchanges in 2015 on the practices of distance
selling and on the difficulties resulting from too ‘old and complicated’ texts
in order to better correspond to expectations of professionals and investors.
